I usually grill mine. Sear the outside over high heat then put on the top shelf at about 350 until it's mostly not raw.So what's the thoughts on cooking my five pounds ribeye roast.. Should I smoke it? Oven it?

Throw that bad boy in the smoker Since its Christmas, throw a lb of bacon over it while its cooking.
