Does anyone here make their own feminised seeds?

ive made fem crosses,, i used both tiresias mist and coildal silver spray,,tiresias mist works 8 out of 10 times,, coildal silver like 50/50... i just bought STS but havnt tried it yet.. im going to mix the sts soon,,hope it works... ive crossed regular plants too, then back cross to stabilize,,lots of work..
now i make S1's of strains i like,,when i pay for seeds i feel its just smart to make S1's,, that way i keep that strain in seed form..

I bought this on eBay for a reasonable price, but still haven't used it. I also acquired a few bottles of Tiresias Mist which haven't yet been used either.

Where is everybody finding their supplies for making up STS or CS? Ebay I assume but I wonder if there are "goto" places to order?

If you're going to go the spray on method you can make your own CS using simple electrolosis of reverse osmosis water.

You will need a silver rod 8-10" long, reverse osmosis water, a DC power supply of some sort (batteries or a phone charger will do just fine), a glass or plastic container for the water and some wire

Take the silver rod and solder the wires coming from the power supply to each end, then cut the rod in half. Stick the silver rods into the RO water making sure that they do not touch each other and then turn on the power supply (or plug in the phone charger)

Leave this setup running for 24 to 48 hours to acheive the higher concentrations needed for the spray on method to be effective ... the silver will react to the current that is flowing through it and the water to form silver ions that become dissolved into solution. This is your CS ... the longer you run it the higher the concentration

In regards to the electrolysis of water......
- It takes anywhere from 1.2v DC to 1.5v DC (depending on the anode/cathode seperation distance) to cause current to flow
- Reverse Osmosis or purified water should be used as tap water contains dissolved minerals, flouride and chlorine which will also react in solution during the electrolysis procedure
- The separation between your anode and cathode will determine the voltage required to start the reaction
- It is the current flowing through the circuit that is causing the reaction, not the voltage ... the voltage is the pressure where as the current is the flow, the larger the flow the greater the reaction
- The byproduct of this reaction is colloidal silver solution as well as oxygen and hydrogen gas ... the higher the current flow the more of each will be generated per second

@cheeseofchud I've got no dog in this fight...but I call full on BS on this statement. All feminized hybrids, even S1's show intersexual tendencies...you can't get around it. Whether you use STS or CS for reversal, you are forcing the natural intersexual traits of cannabis from recessive to become dominant. If you had all this fem'd breeding/growing experience as you say...you'd know this to be true.

im going by personal experience.......dont believe if u dont want
ive only had herms twice....enviornment and stress plays a huge role......
