Could be a little nitrogen deficiency, once your plant starts flowering and stretching, they use a lot more nitrogen (just in the initial phase of flowering). This is why you keep feeding them veg nutes a week or 2 into flowering. Same thing happened to me, i gave her a little extra of the veg nutes and it corrected the problem.

Thanks for reply,i was leaning towards nitrogen defiencey too,so they use more nitrogen at the change over? I will keep feeding veg nutes for another week and see how they are, would you take the effected leaves off or leave them on?

Yes, that is correct, they use more nitrogen at the change over. And no, i would keep the leaves on.

That's some great advice.

Got another problem thought you guys might be able to help with the top of the smaller plant has bent itself over at the top at basically a 90° angle,am i right in thinking it could just be leaning towards the light as its further away than the bigger one?

Yes, it does appear that it is "light bending". As Ablaze said, just turn it 180 degrees or simply switch your plants around from day to day. Either works fine.
