but you could die from an infection. you will live a long life with herpies. you would kill yourself if it got you on your manhood. when i was 14 my mom thought i had a tape worm. because i would eat so much food never gain any weight. if i do have a tape worm it is well fed. because i still eat alot. even more then my 20year old son.

I believe this is the Candiru fish. I'm not sure I spelled that right, but it is native to the amazon. It swims up through the stream of urine into the urethra. It has barbs, so it can't be pulled out. The only way to get rid of it is by cutting it out. If it isn't treated, the fish will eventually reach the bladder and it will cause blood poisoning and death.
