What do you wish you had known earlier?

Pick one grow tip you wish you had known earlier. Something that a non-expert grower might not know.

Mine is, the water from the tap and the water from a dehumidifier are not close to the same ph. Before checking I always assumed booth were neutral.

Water from the tap will have a higher PPM as well.

The less you do the better.
The difference between 1 month in on my first grow and 1 month in now on my second..

I'd say KISS AMAP but if you have something that works for you go for it. Eg. A scale and stir plate probably isn't Kiss but I have a routine, it's very zen, I take my time yadda yadda. I use powders, so kiss there I guess.

Use the largest and tallest tent you can. A small tent is great to start with. It's great to see what you can squeeze out of your 2x2 or 2x3, I've done it.
Just get the bigger one, trust me You don't have to light the entire thing like a stadium.

Buy bigger than you think you need, unless you know for absolute certainty that you will never need it. Fans, exhaust, filters. You'll enjoy the headroom until you can step up again.

I knew everything already but someone should have told pot growers the definition of photosynthesis: plants make their own food.

Plants are 95% carbon dioxide. Nutes are a scam.

Just a couple of basics. Identifying when the buds are completely mature, and how important drying and curing is for the final product.
