Tucking and filling screen during Flower.. NEED HELP

Hey RIU,

Just flipped to 12/12 5 days ago due to space restraints. How long is it okay to bend and move tops and bud sites around in the screen while the stretch is happening?? I have some main tops that have grown and been moved 2 squares over already. Any info would be a great help! Thanks! Check out the pic, you can see the main stem bent over and tucked into the next square.

Looking good,when anything gets too tall bend that top over and tie it down the others will catch up.

Im not 100% sure so I wont be arguing with anyone but i would imagine you would stop when the stretch does.
