Matter of fact anything short of what you said above is illegal and a conflict of interest as a bear minimum....
It taints the entire panel to have even 1 person who stands to gain financially from the outcome...regardless of what that outcome may end up being.
I call foul....and so should the public in general.

Not enough people care and the people that are willing to ask those questions on national news/tv are looked at as pot heads by the general public. The minute the gov said Weed is an bad drug that criminals make money off and don't pay taxes but were going to make it legal and an now were going to make money off of it, is when they killed all ethics in this.

Yea you're right man it is just recommendation as of now, nothing concrete yet. I shouldn't assume without seeing the actual legislation. Seeing this shit just makes my blood boil

100% conflict of interest!

i would love to see someone put these guys to task and actually show the data for the crap they are spouting...and have a fact checker so they can't spew crap
like in the Allard trial where these guys touting the harms have to PROVE their claims. in Allard they couldn't but it wasn't covered very much in the news
