no when u grow the dopest dope it just shines for the camera. This photo was taken with my galexy s1 so it really has nothing to do with the cam and more with the genes and the grower. Upgrade your grey matter cuz some day it may matter.
peace.
You make the trichs really stand out by adding sugar. You add sugar by punching the sharpness button.

LMAO, No bud with thc over 10%. How do u get high off that.
I'd quit smoking!!! That is complete BS to limit medical strength. Why even legalize medicinal if you're going to cripple it?

Congrats to ALL the medical winners -- i'm sure the difference between 1st and 3rd wasn't large. I can't believe blue dream had highest thc% and best taste but didn't win?!

Slow down sub...the first thing I said was nice ray!! I know of rays skill and quality of medicine he produces is off the chart!!

I was commenting on how behind the times OR is and their ghetto med cups, nothing to do with Ray!! If anything it would be nice to see these indivuals highlighted in the OR med community!!

OK My Bad and I see your point I was just sticking up for a realy nice guy.
If you havn't been to the OMMP cup don't be so quick to judge the weed there is better than any I saw at any Amsterdam Cannabis Cup.

OR dosn't really have a retail med scene to back a cup and no organization just really great growers hiding from the rain they got nothing better to do than grow exceptional reefer.

Well spoken sir!! I know OR is a big hitter as far as the meds are concerned and would love to see, participate, attend, and enter something on a bigger scale in OR!! It feels like we're in the 80s still and it's time to evolve and get some of these amazing growers meds , genetics, knowledge, out there...

i would have loved to attend this event regardless of its size, etc...!! Just wann see OR competitive and recognized like they should in the ganja world/scene

hey nerds, in need of some help. this problem has occurred and stuck with me the past 10 years. few times this yr alone.

i hurt my back pretty bad this morning, as usual, doing nothing but picking up something off the ground. I pull back up and BAM! Chronic lower back pain that tenses up my back muscles and forces me to grab a hold of something to take the weight off, or try to get to the ground with out falling on my face. I just stiffen up its bad.. Guess what i was coming here for was to get some opinions on what one of TGA strains would be the absolute best for chronic lower back pain and anti inflammation.. I have read all of Subs descriptions but I know some of you can shed some light as well. any help would be greatly appreciated.. Sooner the better, got a hurtin brother over here

^I would work on the correct posture and strengthening certain muscles. Address the causes, not the symptoms. All of Subs potent strains would work great.
I've noticed many old time, long time tokers moving away from smoking out of large bongs and even vaporizing. Like Sub, they tend to prefer smaller pipes ignited by a hot coil or dabbing ice wax or other hash. How do you guys toke? I vaporize or dab and smoke hash when I can.

Wolfpack - I read (in Hovering's report) that there is a high CBD pheno of Cheese Quake out there. I just finished a run of Cheese Quake, but I don't know whether I ended uup with any high CBD meds. It's still hanging to dry.

Other than that, all I can say is try to stretch daily. I also have back issues, and stretching helps a lot. I have a foam back roller which I find helpful for massaging and getting the blood flowing in my mid back.

I'm actually very active, and do stretch often, but I need to find some techniques to help strengthen my lower back muscles.. Thats something I'm already working on but I was asking what specific strains are good for things such as my chronic lower back pain. I know most of you love doing what you do because you help people and all im asking for is help.. So any is greatly appreciated thank you.

As for smoking preference, Bongs all the way for me..

edit- i was typing this as you posted Spicy.. thank you my friend.. i will look into all of that

Hey Subcool, that hash is definitely some of the BLONDEST ever. It seems like the ultimate, possibly unattainable hash would be somewhat translucent just like looking at clear trychs at harvest. If that is technically possible at all? Did the tally ever come in on SOD? Peace Nerds

90% of people with back pain don't drink enough water, I have read that somewhere and I strongly believe it.

In my opinion, I don't think smoking cannabis can help reduce inflammation, I actually believe that smoking thickens the blood. I think the best way to get the anti-inflammatory effect of cannabis is from tinctures or other edibles. That's my opinion. (I have chronic tendinitis in both arms and smoking don't seems to help)

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2008/06/080624-marijuana.html said:
A compound in marijuana may be a potent anti-inflammatory agent that won't get people high, scientists say.
The finding could be a boon to sufferers of arthritis, cirrhosis, and other diseases. Existing drugs can be less effective for some people and can carry side effects, from stomach ulcers to increased risk of heart attacks.

Now researchers say that another cannabinoid, called beta-caryophyllene, or (E)-BCP, helps combat inflammation without affecting the brain. The most active cannabinoid—delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC—is known to have anti-inflammatory properties. But it is also responsible for the plant's psychotropic effects.

(E)-BCP is already part of many people's daily diets, the researchers note. Foods that are particularly high in the compound include black pepper, oregano, basil, lime, cinnamon, carrots, and celery.
Essential oils from cannabis plants—whose leaves and flowers are used to make the marijuana drug—contain up to 35 percent (E)-BCP.
But even after decades of cannabis research, scientists hadn't previously known that the compound had anti-inflammatory properties.
"This is because the focus was on the classical cannabinoids [rather than (E)-BCP]," said lead study author Jürg Gertsch of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

Finally someone else who feels my pain. Doc wanted to prescribe some kind of drug that can lead to potential permanent change of your personality and cause suicidal ideation that's normally for schizophrenics (Neurontin) - WTF? I didn't take it. Said it was basically came down to whether I was willing to do surgery or not. I've almost given up on standard medicine. I don't find mj helps me all that much either but mine has only come on in the last couple of years so I'm just hoping I haven't found the right strain yet. Works like a champ for my other issues, tho I still need to find a good one for joint pain. I'm wanting to work my way to medibles (tried before) but they (at least the ones I've made) always either are too weak or knock me out -- never a happy medium :) If OR is in the 80s texas is in the 1880s in terms of a medicinal movement. There is NOTHING here.
