Tent Plans, advice?

I currently have a 2x4x5 tent but will be moving up to a 8x4x7 tent pretty soon here. The 2x4 will become a veg tent with a MH. The 8x4x7 though is going to get 2 600 HPS with Blazer hoods 8 inch. The fan for the lights will be a 650 cfm fan I think that should cover it. The room is in the basement and is roughly 8x8 so temps will tend to be colder and work in my benefit. The room setup will basically look like this: (the line coming out of the bottom wall is the door)

Inside of the flowering tent I plan on having the tent intake and light exhaust go through the wall to the other room in the basement that the door leads into. I would create boxes to disguise the light exhaust and tent intake on the non grow room side. The intake fan will be on the floor and will be inside of the tent, I think Im going to put a table over it and use that for smaller plants. The actual tent exhaust will be behind the lights when you look in from the front and will exit through the ceiling and up above the grow room. I plan on using a 248 cfm 6 inch fan for that tent exhaust a long with a 172 cfm 4 inch fan for the tent intake. On the inside of the tent connected to the tent exhaust fan there will be a carbon filter forgot to draw them in.

Any suggestion or comments?

edit: The room in its current state has thin wood paneling nailed to the frame of the room I plan on replacing it with drywall or I think its gypsum that your supposed to use in basements. So while the frame is bear I want to make sure that my electric will handle all of that load with the three lights and 4 main fans on top of the other things possibly going on at any given time.

Actually I might do 400 cfm fan and filter on the tent exhaust. Would the intake be good enough, I don't know if you can over do negative pressure in a tent.

Electrical is a issue I am concerned about I want to make sure it is perfect before I move ahead. I listed up a rough estimate of wattage and was hoping for some guidance on what I should do regarding the electrical load on my system and whether or not to change out a breaker or two. My rough estimate was 2388 watts between two tents.
