T5 2ft 4 bulb???

I got a bunch of Seeds on the way and plan on starting them inside underneath my light then hardening them off to eventually end up outside. My question is how many seeds can i pop at once to put under my Light??? I have about 15 seeds on the way!!

need more info. How long you going to veg, what other lights do you have or bulbs? how large do you want to get them?

Was hoping to veg inside for atleast 3 weeks. T5's all I got. Size don't matter just want them nice and healthy before I put them outside Thank you in advance
