polyploidism

So I’m working on this cross. It was accidental, but I’m going with it because both of the parents were incredible. Strawberries and cream X Runtz mint. Going to take the F1 and cross it to a Swazi that I found. Anyway this is just for myself. I would give away seeds if somebody wanted them but I’m not trying to start a seed company or something, I just like these plants and want to see where they go. In the accidental pollination I got two Seeds. One of them has a bud that is a mutant. The mutation is polyploidism. Has anyone ever worked with these types of plants? Should I stay away from that one?
I’ve only seen it one other time and it was an auto flower and the bud was very poor quality, very much like hemp. Hard as a rock, took forever to finish, no frost, and it was just trash.
So working with the two plants, one of them is looking great, and the other has the mutation. Is the mutation a sign of bad things to come? Does anyone have any info on it?
The larger plant is the sister. She’s not gonna live up to her full potential this run because she was coming back from a lock out. Just trying to see what she’s got going on before I go any further with it. Any insight on that weirdo plant would be great, thank you so much.

It’s called whorled phyllotaxy. Not a polyploid, most polyploids are sterile. To date there are no polyploid strains, but they’re working on it.
