Shouldn’t matter what soil you’re friend used, the FFOF has enough food in it to feed the plant for a couple weeks with a transplant. What are you using to ph your water, and test soil ph? Do you test run off as well?

Yes i do and i use ph up and ph down by hydroponics I believe and i use this probe that i insert in the soil that gives me a ph reading and i tested the run off today i watered and it gave me 6.1 so im not sure if its my probe tester maybe i need a better one and find out a diff solution to the problem? I read that it could be a nutelock out due to ph being high so potassium isnt really being absorb by the plant , i never had such a problem really sucks if u need pics lmk thanks

I was thinking the same thing.... last 2 weeks she was fine she had this problem but it fixed it self or idk what happened , i had stripped the plant after a month of supper cropping and she bushed out a bit and now shes showing the same thing but this time worse now the whole stalk and everything is purple ‍♂

Best to show us the plant and the probe(s) used.
Water source, temperature, humidity, lighting?

Your growing in soil and your using ph up and down? Your tap water can’t be THAT bad.

to me it sounds like you messing with your ph messed you up. That stuff is mostly for soilless mediums

You only need one ph adjusting product, either up or down....you should not be using both. Also, you need a proper PH meter for water .not those soil probe types.

I completely understand what you guys are saying relating to the ph down but i always used nd my tap water ph is around 7 so i use a lil bit of down to lower it to 6.0 -6.5 i havent been feeding since I transplanted into ffof nd it amended soil , so just been watering with ph'd water , as for the ph probes I definitely need something better nd ill be posting pics in a few

If the probe was like $10 on Amazon it's junk.

And stop adjusting pH. 7.0 is fine for soil.

I diagnose a serious punctuation deficiency. The dears are in a comma, period. It’s your semicolon grow technique. You can quotation mark me on that.
