Not too worried but whats the deal?

Ive got 2 plants going for about 13 days now and they both looked pretty great up until today. One is showing a some issues on 2 leaves and i wondered what was the issue. I switched out lights and this happened the next day so i am thinking it may be light or heat related.

I don't see much on the one less healthy it looks like you got some water/nutrients on the 2 leaves when you was watering. Nothing to lose any sleep over Just curious what brand of dirt you using?

The soil is ocean forest mixed with happy frog and perlite with about 2" of clay balls at the bottom of the pot.
