Yeah, I’ve just been intimidated by the seasoning process for some reason. I know how to do it, just haven’t brought myself to actually do it. But it’s the “portable” model, stand folds up so I can take it car camping. I’ll get around to it one of these days

I'd love a bigger one but that's probably a smarter style for me too.

Pork steak, baked beans and tater salad. Ohh and some devil eggs.
I really love the pork grilled with a kiss of bbg sauce at the end just to caramelize the sugars a bit.
And the wife made some kinda of brown and serve rolls with butter garlic.
I’m living the dream folks.
