Keep at it Zoic....lots of ups and downs to this hobby/sport/necessity. We all get failures occasionally. Then we get wins.
SO many factors need to come together to get the perfect plant. When I get a failure I just move on to the next plants.

Thanks Hippy, 2017 has not been a banner growing year. Between killer tents and too many males I have lost a lot of plants. I am very stubborn so minor setbacks do little to stop me.
Perfect example would be my strawberry plants which I moved inside and now I have about 40-50 flowers. We will have some fresh strawberries at Christmas and the SQUIRRELS FUCKING GET NONE, ha!
Also, my wife seem to have a renewed interest in the whole process which makes it much easier to spend money on upgrades

It would be naive of me to think this is incorrect. That said, how you know what you are getting looking at seed of unknown origin. I never really trusted of believed in seed banks. I would be interested in hearing what you think of this article concerning genetics.

Unless you get your seeds in their original breeder packs from a known distributor of their seeds, it can always be a gamble. That's the only way I get mine, so far no issues. I can definitely see the LPs mislabeling seeds seeing as how it's already happened with their "cannabis".

It’s not the seedbanks you need to worry about,it’s the breeders,who sells their product through the banks.
That’s where you have to sort through the bullshit,I’ve been obsessed with seeds since the early 90s when there was only a handful worldwide.i had Marc emery’s catalogue memorized..lol.
Sure Ive bought bunk seeds,but with a little research and watching others grow reports from websites like this one and Icmag,it really isn’t rocket science..to me a picture is a thousand words.
Trying new cultivars,is half the fun for me anyway.. lately I’ve been ordering from Neptune seedbank in LA..some of my favourite breeders include.karma seeds,in-house seeds,Cannarado seeds,chimera seeds (Canadian)greenpoint has some elite cuts as well.if your looking for a local seedbank that is legit, try hemp depot I’ve made dozens of orders without fail.

I live 2 blocks from a Hemp Depot. Now that I have my grow better setup and a rock solid cloning procedure, I am ready to order seeds of specific strains. I do not mind spending money on seeds for specific strains but I needed to improve my setup to ensure I can keep the strain going. Thanks for info on your preferred sources, the pics you post certainly indicate success.

So for a couple of years now I have been gaga to order Mazar seeds from Royal Queen, but mixed reviews have me sitting on the fence.

Ya I have heard people bash Royal Queen seeds. But I had several strains from them that were quite good and keepers for sure. That's my experience anyway.

And yes hippy is right the Dr is legit,but a p.i.t.a sometimes.his diesel is outstanding
The ic91 from insane seed posse is tasty and hard hitting,both the hippy and I have ran it.

Well I think I am going to try the Blueberry from Hemp Depot. The Mazar will have to wait since I only want to grow it so I can make some decent hash with my sifter.

I got sick IG-13 clones from a dude in 2012. The dude who was growing them went to the hospital because he didn't feel good, ended up staying for 6weeks. No one tended to his crop for 2-3 weeks and I went with his son to take everything down. The IG-13 looked the best so I took 18 of them home, but they didn't make it. Really nice structure.
