Leaving 730 nm on 24 hours

I was considering leaving my 730nm lights on 24 hours. The reason for this is to enjoy both the Emerson effect and the go to sleep properties of the far red light. The thing I am worried about is if the far red light will affect flowering? Will it inhibit or delay flowering ? I have done some searching and cant seem to find any anecdotal evidence other then the odd story of someone leaving their far reds on accidentally and it causing , according to them "major stretching ".

So what do you think? What do you know? Anyone with first hand knowledge?

...and yes I know of the far red thread... I am trying to get thought that tome

I will share my experiences so far, in veg I believe that 730nm run 24 hour may not inhibit veg growth , BUT I believe it slows down root growth. Will need some confirmation to prove whither this is a thing or not. I re-potted some plants that had been vegged for 3 weeks, the plants looked great but had no where near the roots I would expect from them.THese plants have enjoyed new soil, fresh nutes, good temps light and humidity
It is entirely possible that their are other reasons for the poor root growth, after all this is my suffering old lady hempstar that has just teetered back from the brink and I am using LED's now . I am more accustomed to HID's.
I have not been brave enough yet to run my 730's 24 hours in the flower room yet
