Is this worth doing? Or just leave them alone

So I have a crappy Chinese LED panel lying around... If I toss it in the middle of my 4 girl's and rest it on the pots pointing upwards...theory is to get light to the lower bud sites. Any benefit? Or just wasted electricity?

Might as well try it.. I always rip the lower stuff off. If it's not in the top 8 inches of my canopy it's usually gone.

I pruned back most of the under stuff... At least the first two plants you can see... I guess I was just wondering if light hitting undersides of leaves does anything... I'll leave it for now I guess.
