Pretty early into flowering. Unfortunatly, in my experience - you most likely did not get them all. They hide under leaves, deep in the bud, and so on. If it's your only plant and want to try and save it - keep picking nanners as they show up. Unless they are almost done (2 weeks left or so), it probably is not worth keeping around (unless you want seeds and/or a chance to pollinate the others (if any). All mine have happened late in flowering (last 3 weeks) and none of the bananas seemed to open. But I sure got tired of picking bananas. I also created some bud rot on her because of cutting out the bananas (injuring the plant) and had no air blowing on her as I was afraid of pollen spreading. If you want to keep her going - move her to another location if you have other plants. She was harvested at 8 weeks of 12/12. Once hermied, the buds never got any bigger, but I didn't get any seeds either. Smoke was ok. Would I do it again - even late in flowering - Prob. Not. It was a 6' plant and produced only about 1.5 "O"'s since it hermied before it got to bulk up. (Pretty poor for a 6' under 1,000 w's. The buds were fluffy and never really developed like they should after that. I'd cut my losses and pour my efforts into another plant/grow before I ever pick nanners again if one Hermed anywhere before the last 2 weeks. But then again, I'm a lazy bastard.
