i have 4 female plants that i started budding 16 days ago they have small bud started then the guy beside me put his plants outside and seen polan sacks on the one plant so can i reveg mine because there no good now that they got polan from his.

Get rid of the male plants, you may end up with a few seeds, but it shouldn't affect the plant too much, especially if they've only been in flower a couple weeks. When you say "the guy beside me" what does that mean? A few feet away or the yard next door? Even if you re-veg, the seeds are already set. Why would the guy be raising males, is he a pollen chucker?

lol ya he dose it every time .thought i could get off a crop befor he started his but nope he had some started to go in the ground now. but 1 was a male maybe moredid it to me last year to

Yeah, have chat with him. I have to go talk to my neighbor behind me about his god damn flood light pointed at the back of my house. It better not become an issue. I'm an electrician, and 8 have old grow lights. I'll make a stadium bank and bake the paint off his house.
