Help germinating!

Ok so I get my seeds to pop perfect everytime. My question is what do I do next with lighting? I know how to plant them in soil, but once they are in do I leave it in dark so it can sprout? Or take it outside? Please help thanks happy blazinnnn

You can put them under lights I like just setting them in the window till the first true leaves show after the cotyledon leaves but it shouldn't matter much I've also put them right under 1200 watts of LEDs about 2 feet above the plant and lower to 14-16 inches when its in veg

They really dont need light when they are buried in the soil, the light wont reach them anyway. Its when they sprout that they need the light.

I put newly germinated seedlings in my veg room. Only consideration for their youth is I keep them in the back row, farthest from the light, for the first week.
