Heat stress

so I changed from CFL 125w to a HID 250 w and one of my lady's looks like it's suffered heat stress as the leaves which it had shrivelled up
I've lowered my lady's down
Should I be worried or will they recover from this ????

who knows? maybe if you share how far away your light is from your plants before and after might help?
or the grow space temps and humidity, maybe feeding/watering details to?

my plants change lights often and could care less. from a cfl to a 1000 watt bulb, or a t5 to a 600 they just dont care, I never saw stress from that so might be another cause to consider?
