Grow Bags instead of Pots?

Never used those bags so I cant give you any input on these but with those types of bags I assume you'll have to worry about your ladies becoming root bound as they cant self prune with air contact. The appear to be just made out of panda paper? I just picked up some 5 gal. bags from thewaywegrow.com and itll be my first time growing in bags.

There just plastic - I'd recommend just using the reusable shopping bags, or 5 gallon buckets with drilled holes.

The buckets are a little less fucking around because they naturally keep their shape. You can also tear roots with bags if you cause the dirt to shift, which only matters if you plan on moving them more than a few inches.

yes man they work fine. They're cheaper and take up less space than traditional plastic pots. As far as being rootbound, they will be just the same as traditional buckets/plastic pots.

The only major difference is that those bags are usually taller than traditional pots (read: easier to knock over/more topheavy).

But if you're running higher plant numbers, it's definitely worth it to buy a 50 or 100pack
