Greenhouse Grow with TGA Gear.

Buying a house soon and will be kitting it out with a huge green house. Only going to grow two plants though due to laws in Australia. Currently thinking of growing TGA Vortex and Querkle. Wanting something sativa and something indica...but most importantly both dank.

Is there a problem with any of these strains growing in a greenhouse in Australia? Is there better TGA strains I should be growing instead for a greenhouse or for a mostly sativa and a mostly indica?

Cheers

alot of people grumbling on how long Querkle needs to be vegged toget a good yield, I'd go with Plushberry, hismost popular strain in the opinion poll here.
Mold resistance isn't a strong point with TGA's gear so keep you're greenhouse dry and well ventilated.

As I'm doing outdoor AND that all the weed is for personal use, the veg time is mostly irrelevant to me and with a bit of training and fimming I am assuming that I can get over 100 grams dry from a plant. If I could get 1/2 a pound to a pound from two well trained plants than I would be happy.

The mold issue is the issue with me. The greenhouse that I am wanting to get has 4 automatic vent openers (the wax ones that contract at 18 degrees and expand at 25 degrees thus opening and closing the vent windows). There are 4 other manual vents as well. The greenhouse will have access from the back and front...so hopefully when it gets quite humid I can open it all up and stop the mold from doing it's thing...fingers crossed.

From the indica I was hoping to get something that would help with back pain as well as insomnia. Is the plushberry good for that at all?

High type- Relaxing and heady very calming and good for stress. If your back pain stress related then probably it is.
are you going to be able to have an electric fan in there ? air movement is a mandatory mold prevention

Well, I might give the querkle a go then....or both :) The back pain is for my gf. She gets it from working to much etc and because of that she can't sleep. Would be making some bubble with the querkle and making some edibles for her as she doesn't smoke.

I will get my electrician friend to wire up the greenhouse as well...I wasn't going to until you mentioned the fan. Does an electric fan have to be on 24/7 or is sun up to sun down generally enough? I am trying to be quite discreet about growing in order to keep the neighbors in the dark about it all.

The smell is going to be a bit of a problem, but as I am an avid gardener and will be growing ALL my own vegies I will have a huge biodiversity going on with 50+ different herbs going on which will hopefully mask the smell some. Am considering putting the compost heaps near the neighbors fence as well, so any smell I could blame it on that (or the hop bines that will be running up the house as well).

Cheers for your replies frmrboi.

Querkle will mold on you. Just grew 5 Querkles outdoors and they all were chopped due to mold. And this grow season was perfect with very little rain and lots of sunshine. Still, they got moldly. Personally, I'd go with another strain as Querkle is more an indoor strain where you can really keep tight control over things like that.

And the vortex won't?

They won't get any rain in the greenhouse at all...

Any other tga indica strain you would recommend? Starting to think plushberry is looking more and more likely.

It shouldn't from the description in the profile.I haven't grown it, I've grown Jillybean, that smells like fruit so much it made my mouth water. That's my fav strain of all the stuff I've grown. I bought Pandoras Box but haven't grown it yet. I think only the Cheese crosses will stink like weed.
