First grow g13 from i49 first hydro too

about a week in. Got them under 400w mh(dimmed to 250) no nutrients yet planning on vegging for 4 to 6 weeks(would go longer but I don't know that my makeshift net pots could handle it) think I'm going to start feeding next week. Should I use distilled water? My ppm is 43 after running tap through the brita, no clue about the ec stuff though, I know it reads at 300ish but I don't really know what that means.

Not sure what you are using for net pots, but I make my own as well, I just re-use the little pots my wife gets her flowers in from Lowe's

Nice, I'm just using small plastic cups i got at dollar tree. I had 5" bucket lids coming in the mail but they disappeared and my seeds were ready to plant. If these end up working out well I'll stick to that. F paying $10 for a bucket lid.

I've used these little 3" pots from seedling to harvest in all 3 of my grows so far.

Welcome Lenin,
Since you have opted for the hydro route, I would suggest you get a handle on PH and PPM. IMO the most important factors in a successful hydro grow.
I grow in hydro (Ebb & Flow) and really enjoy it, although there is a learning curve to it. I check both PH and PPM at least once, most days, twice a day.
I would recommend that you spend some time in this site:

A little difficult to tell from your pictures, but if you are growing bubbleponics, this should help out as well.

That site helped me when I first started, (not that long ago). I like the way it is setup in a tutorial format.

I'm using pretty basic dwc buckets I put together. I get the ppm thing. And I have a meter that checks both ppm and ec. My ph is 6.5 I'm going to change out the water weekly. Next change I'll be adding nutrients(fox farm) big bloom and growbig and till I hit 300 ppm leaving room for ph up/down if I need to adjust.

Are you sure those are for hydro? I don't know for sure but I think that why I went with general hydroponics.

Yeah they're for hydro. At least thats what the website said.

I try and set my PH at 5.6 and it will drift up to about 6.0 before I adjust it again.

Cool, I'll keep that chart for a reference.

So if I use distilled water for my next change I should be able to skip the ph up/down and go straight nutes keeping it in a safe PH.

Distilled or Non-distilled, the LAST thing you should be doing is checking your PH.
Every everything that you add to your water has the potential to change your PH, so you want to set your PPM (EC) first and then adjust your PH as your last step.
Make sense?

Yeah, I was still planning on checking it and adjusting if needed. 5.5-6.5 but if I happen to hit 7 thats still safe.

Look at the chart for 7.0 PH. (Focus on Phosphorus)
You won't have any issues if you stay between 5.6 and 6.0.
