cobs to close ,hummidity 60 % 4 week flower

Hello

Have 2 problems I am in 4 week of flower

I have 4 citizen cobs and now I am on 150 w ...the plant were straching to much for my tent and now I dont have space to move cobs up any more and the distance between cobs and plant is 20 cm 7inch so dont know what can I do and what to excpect..
The bud sites are forming and dont know how more plant will strach but I say it is slow down a bit last days
But on top of my colas the fan leaves start point upword a lot so can I get ligh burn from cobs?

Also I have hummidity problems when light are on I am on 55-60 % when off 60-65 %
I buy small dehumidi but dont help at all...also defoliate in week 3 but really start worry about mold rot and mildew
I dont know what to do it is crazy hummid outside...I have good ventilation...
Will rot start at this % with good ventilation

You want to make sure you have good air circulation.

Ideally you want your humidity around the 50’s for flowering but with good air movement you’ll be ok.

Use some LST (light stress training) or supercropping to control height where you need to in order to keep everything lower than your lighting requirements.

I don’t use COB’s or any other type of LED’s so I can’t advise on plant to light distance sorry.

7 inches away should be ok with 150 watts on the citizen cobs, 37.5 watts
I'd 50 watt CXBs around 8 inches away from tops with no problems after the stretch.
Just bend the plants down, snap them over, tie them down a bit to even the canopy if they get too close.

I just do some bending when I have a few rogue colas. They may hiccup for a day or so but usually have zero issues. I run leds in my grow room(5x5) @82-84 degF and 65%RH. Never had any issues over the past 3 years with PM and my plants seem to be quite happy with the conditions.

today I see water on fan leaves that touching each other...I am so fucking sad this is my 3 grow and 3 time I have humidity problem and cant help it...i will say that I have excelent air movment but just humiditiy is crazy up

I have few question

1. I am in 5 week of flower and defoliate 9 days ago in week 3
Can I defoliate now more ? growweedeasy say last def is in week 6 of flower but I have 70 % humidity light off or on so really want to save this from rot soon as posible so can I defoliate now
Do I risk hermie or something else by doing this...

2.I have small 23 w 300 ml/Day dehumidifier but that shit dont help me at all
I can buy house dehumidifier with calcium chloride tablet...Will calcium chloride in tent be a problem..

3.You can see in pic that my top fan leaves are praying and they really pointing up a lot...
I add photosyntesis plus and I really think that couse that...But plant strach a lot so maybe that is reson...also cobs are close but not too hot for my hand at top of plant...
Is this sign of praying good or bad ?
