Clones not looking so good

The fact that they are in cardboard makes me ask if you remembered drain holes in the cups?
There are multiple drain holes in the cup. I am growing in a uninsulated garage with no other heat source than my light. I'm running 23/1 veg right now but night time temps are getting really cold here so my plants are in a homemade pvc pipe box with cardboard and materials I could find to keep the cups warm

Having just planted them I'm not surprised they are suffering a bit.
My guess it that they will perk up soon.

Yes, cause they were standing in 80 to 100% humidity, not losing much water through the leaves.
Now you changed the VPD drastically and they need to learn to close the stomata.

If you said they were healthy with roots coming out of cube and were planted in that cup 3 days ago in that soul they could have grown a lot and are already starting to fill out the cups, have had that happen before on some beefy plants and they started dropping because the roots needed more space,, looks like overwatering but a slightly bigger pot can compensate for that,, I would water one more time, then wait till there almost dry and just tip the cup over and let it slide out a little, if you see any roots, any,, you should transplant

So they still look about the same but I'm worried its supposed to get down to 27 degrees tonight. What should I do to keep them warm?

I imagine been a garage its a cold concreate floor. It'l help if you can get a sheet of polystyrene between floor and plants.
