Bubble Hash Tip?

Hey guys, im about to make my second batch of bubble hash with my 1 gallon "bubble dude" kit. i already ordered a 90 micron bag to go with my others

My first run, went great, except i felt i wasted alot of end product because it stuck to the bags. i used a metal spoon to scrape with, this time i have plastic spoons. I think the sharper edge will help.


is it harmful to freeze the bubble bags, so you can break off the frozen leftovers onto a plate or something? I think it might be the only way to get an efficient pull.

the last batch was a 7 week sourdiesel that had been neglected. the bubble came out white, and every bag bubbled it stinks like diesel/gas fumes too, i have to tell myself its ok to smoke since its only resin from a plant. seems like chemicals are involved until you smoke it. very expansive but smooth still.


my next run is a 7 week sagamartha matanuska tundra. to bad its my last of this strain, its "copious resin production" is beautifal

i watched subcool make some bubble and he washed the bags with isopropyl/rubbing alcohol before starting

yeah freezing the bags made it harder not easier to remove from the bag.


i use alcohol to clean my bags as well, i was looking for the best way to remove the hash from there bags after its already been made. alot sticks to the screens

scoop what you can out with a spoon. then use some CLEAN ice cold water to rinse the inside of the bag. when the trichs gather on the screen, on the inside, scoop them out and rinse some more.

i use a bucket that is sized so i can fold the tops of my bags over the lip of the bucket. folding the bag over the lip will help hold it open while you rinse the loose trichs to the center.

hey thanks fdd, i used 2 gall buckets with my 1 gal bags. not ideal. I had to hold one bag up and pour the other bucket through. i will try next time to use the water to maneuver the trich's into the middle more.

...here's a tip for ya: sell those bags on ebay and get you a foot long piece of 2" pvc pipe with two 2" caps so you can make butane hash oil. way more efficient. I soaked all the stuff that came out of my extraction pipe in 90% rubbing alcohol just to see what was left in the stuff & hardly anything pooled on top so I know this gets most of it out. lots of vids on youtube.

BHO is the Shiiyat. I definatley suggest trying this method out for some super high quality fullmelt... But i wouldn't get rid of those bags, I still love my bubble

use a squirt/spray bottle to corral those trichs together
