The fact that white collar crime is treated differently to regular crime is disgraceful, some CEO siphons a couple of mil from a company and gets 12mnths home detention in his mansion while they give 12mnths Gaol time for growing a few plants.
Yep. This is the big issue with laws in the 1st world in general. Some animals are more equal than others

How do you boys go about harvesting? Ive had a look at the trichomes and heaps are amber on the sugar leaves but only about 5% inside the bud when i pull it apart, also anything lower than 10cm down the cola is pretty spongy, is staged havesting a good idea once i see some more amber trichs in the bud?

I tend to only worry about trichs on buds as sometimes you'll have ambers on sugar leaf halfway through. Nothing wrong with a staggered harvest provided the weather stays good for you but when I used to grow outdoor only I always cropped the whole thing. Probably had more to do with the fact it was a hike to get there though. If its pretty much all cloudy with a few ambers (on buds) I'd take em down

Yeah might take the tops down and leave half the plant for a week or so cause those lower buds are really airy with clear trichs

Hey mates,
Looking at a possible move to Australia in the next year. There is 2 possible places Sydney and Adelaide. What's the lifestyle like in these places? I live on a ranch now with a few acres. Which place would be more likely to have something like that for rent? Which place would i be less likely to run into something deadly!? And most importantly which has better ganja growing weather? Lols
Cheers
Acres in Sydney? Wont happen..there is none. there are some acreage properties in the suburbs ringing Sydney (1 to 2 hr commute by train in peak hr) but id expect the rent would be a couple K a week, To buy they would be 3 plus mill id suppose. remember the medium house price in Sydney is around a mill.

Great city Sydney, lots going on and beautiful. Melbourne's a hole. Adelaide has some serial killers and lots of churches, Tassie is full.
Most well known pot growing area would be Northern NSW hinterland. But you can grow outside just about anywhere (Tasmania isn't the best as its a very short season. But that's OK as Tasmania is full)
Hope the move goes well.

Well played. I'd build a wall to stop the hipster vibe from spreading south too. That's the main issue with Sydney for me. Used to have some great dive bars with good bands in the city but they've all had the soul ripped out of them. Now it's 12 buck beers out of a fuckin jars with mead in winter. What are they hobo Vikings? Does my head in.

I reckon it's horrible shit - give me decent red any day. But then again I don't go to a bar to drink red. To each their own, I just don't like having weird niche stuff being foisted on pub-goers at the expense of everything else.

Last time I went to Melbourne it was all trendy laneways sitting on milk crates drinking from mugs. Mead was the the main offering and I reckon that's a bit shit myself. Maybe I'm getting long in the tooth but it seems what's old (i.e ancient) is new again?
