Attitude order snagged while going through customs

I had my order placed within the first 15 minutes of the March promo and it made it across the Atlantic in three days. Tracking showed it sitting in Chicago for damn near 2 weeks. I feared the worst. My package arrived on Monday stapled shut and sealed with green customs tape. They snagged the beans and let the t-shirt continue on its way. I am so thankful that I get my orders shipped with the shirt because within a day of contacting the Attitude I already had the tracking number to my replacement package!!! I am EXTREMELY impressed with the speed of their customer service! They turned a stressful/aggravating situation into a piece of cake! Anyone can sell things, but what speaks volumes is how you take care of your customers when problems arise! They just secured a long time customer! Here's wishing a successful voyage to my new package and that the freebies are still the ones I woke up at 4am for! :peace:

I placed an order during the March promo that will basically end my orders for a few years. I grew Mazar kush for a year from only 1 seed! No mutations or anything (cloned the ladies during lolli pop stage before they hit the flower tent.) You are the first person I have read about getting the order snagged. I always invest in their shipping "insurance" as well seems it payed off for you!

I have never had an issue with previous orders... then again the rest have went through NYC. Being able to get the "insurance" is one of the reasons I originally went with the Attitude. I have always wondered how many hoops you would have to jump through to have an order replaced that was caught up in customs. Honestly hoped I would never have to find out. I had always heard that they would send a letter to let you know it had been confiscated. I was pretty shocked that I got the shirt at all! There also were no markings on the packaging that any contraband was found during the search. All I did was send their customer service department an email explaining the situation and the pictures of what came in the mail. I had gotten a response the next day that they were being reshipped and given my new tracking number. Pretty easy fix to the situation once I calmed down. Extra bonus is that I get a free shirt out of the deal!! Shouldn't have much need to order seeds for a while once this order gets here, but that doesn't mean I won't! :weed:

It seems like Attitudes stuff thru Chicago always has problems.......
Can be they do their job very well there. Got lucky this time around because my initial drop point was in Chicago for some reason. Usually if it cant go to NY then it goes directly to San Fran. I was kind of nervous when I first started tracking but it all worked out.

Heres another person for ya lol. Over 5 years ago ordered from Nirvana directly. And lo and behold was dropped at Ohara, Chicago. Nirvana would not replace them. Only time it happened and the letter was a joke from Homeland security.

I guess I always hope for the lazy customs agent, not the employee of the month when my package rolls through

Bummer dude. I placed an order during the B-Day promo as well and had my beans in hand in 8 days. I take the insurance every time and so far have been lucky not to have to use it. Hope this order gets through quickly.

BTW, put the Grapefruit, Snowcap L.A and Chocolate Heaven seeds in soil less medium on the 16th and all three sprouted today - at least some good freebie stock to look forward to!
