Atreum 144.2 boards on ebay

So I bought 10 atreum 144.2 boards on ebay that were $90 well $114 with shipping and tax anyway they arrived and 4 outta 10 were defective 2 of them are %70 to %80 still good but basically 6 boards for 114 anyways here's the question.
If these are genuine samsung lm301b 4000k diodes how come they are 9s 16p, wouldn't that make these like double the voltage of a lm301b or am I missing something?

These boards don't say atreum anywhere on them I bought them from ebay they're supposed to be from a company that went under last year who had them made by atreum with their personal logo
