Anyone got any idea of what's going on here?

10 gallon pots, 70=75% soil 25=30% perlite. An inch of perlite on the bottom for good drainage. Feeding Emerald Harvest nutes. Had 1 give up on me. She went from perfectly fine to this in 2 days. 20220201_172856.jpg20220201_172907.jpg

Flushed them well for a couple of days with 6.1-6.2 ph water. Let dry for 48 hrs. 1 feeding at half strength. 1 dose of myco then 2 feedings at full strength.

I'm going to say you have root rot, a fungal infection or less likely a viral infection. I've seen this exact same look from sick plants. Look into "wetting" or "damping off".
If this is true you need to get those plants out of there asap before it spreads to all the plants, if it hasn't already.
What do your roots look like? Lower steam pictures?

Pulled the sick one out when there was no improvement overnight. Down to two now in a four plant room.
Cut into the lower part of the stem and it had a dark spot in it.
Roots were the diameter of the pot but didn't seem to go very deep. No smell of rot or anything offensive.
