Growing the main stem side ways flat against the soil/air so the lour branches and rest grow upwords?
Saw a video ages ago where the guy would tape his mains tem early stages to the side of the pot in result this will train the plant to be stronger and automatically supercrop itself in the right way without too much pressure being applied and risking the stem to break.
It also stimulates grow of other branches.
Trying it so far it looks like the grape tree (grape tree naturally can curl around objects or lay flat on the soil).

Pics is good

once the grape tree is settled down

it may take 2-3 weeks (delays harvest)

consider chopping her up into sections

of leaf, stem and root to make 10=15 (air layer) clones

an easy way to get clones

more so if your are in early -mid veg

good luck
