Advice on conversion to led

Here is a drawing of my flower room it is currently up and running. It is a new place that I have recently finished but used my old equipment.
The whole building dimensions are 14 x 24 the flower room is 14x16 with 8 x 16 the main growing area with 8 foot ceilings. The new conversion would be the light rail that wasn't marked and hood in the next couple weeks and the next few months replacing the 1000 watt ballasts With leds also.
Led requirements i was thinking 12 3590 cobs on 3 36 inch heat sinks also on each heatsink will be 3 720 mn red leds and I would also like to add uvb bulbs. I am not sure if i will use one uvb bulb per heatsink or come up with some sort of frame and just use 2 12%HO uvb bulbs. Advice or suggestions welcome.

for UVB+UVA supplementation I suggest T5 reptile tubes. gives you a nice separately controllable light that's well dispersed.
