AACT recipe for a fungal based tea for flowering??

Looking for a good fungal compost tea to use after the 12\12 stretch, from what I've read bacteria based teas are better for veg cause they break down nitrogen in easier to access forms. And fungal based are better for flowering, any info/ recipes is appreciated!
Happy growing

I like nettles(stinging nettles uk) for veg and comfrey for bud/flower

bubble for a minimum of 3 days 7 days is best

but asking for a tea that goes the entire grow...?

I'd settle on the comfrey with urine foilars to make up for the loss of (N)

but 2 separate teas for 2 separate growth stages is the way I go

full a bucket of foliage then add the same in water

good luck

1stp of EMe per liter
1tsp of Molasses per liter
pinch of ash per liter
1tsp of bone phosphates extracted in vinegar per liter
aerate for 12-24 hrs

to make phosphate extracts you can use a kilo of charred bones in a liter of vinegar for 1-2 weeks with a loose fitting lid. filter out the bones and bottle the liquid in plastic.

vostok's is nice if you're growing those plants. mine are very young at the moment. tbh i've never used comfrey but have heard great results

Get some steel cut oats (like for oatmeal), mix 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 2 cups of compost. Dont get it soaking wet but a spray bottle with some water and molasses would be perfect. Give it some squirts and let it sit in a little tub for a week. It'll a grow a white fuzzy beard. Throw it in five gallons of water with 1/2 cup of Fish Hydroslate (Neptune's Harvest is a popular brand, I use organically done's brand of fish fertilizer). 1/2 cup of kelp (dry or Liquid). 1/4 cup of Molasses. Throw an air stone or pump in the water and aerate it for 24 to 36 hours. Throw in 1/2 cup of high phosphorus seabird guano if you're in bloom if your soil isn't already loaded with phosphorus. Dilute with 10 to 25 gallons of water.

Nice. Never considered growing the manuer molds out before using in a tea
It helps tons! Fungal properties take longer to develop then bacterial so when you make compost tea your bacteria will begin to die after 48 hours when it runs out of Molasses to feed on, but your fungi will just be starting to develop. Giving the fungal properties the head start development make it a much smoother process.

2 cups Spent mushroom substrate (mushroom compost) mixed in 1 cup worm castings (or compost) is my preferred ingredients for the above recipe but access to quality mushroom compost can be hard for some.

I imagine the answer is yes, but does sppent mushroom substrate include finished fruiting mushroom cakes?

Not likely, comercial mushroom growers use bulk substrates like straw and other methods rather than cakes, cakes yield nothing compared to bulk methods.

No, the stuff I get very often does have little bits of mushroom in it though. But again, I know a quality mushroom compost is a rare find.
