48 Hrs Darkness...Should I Trim??

I just put my plant into complete darkness for the last time before i cut it 2 days from now...should I trim up the big fan leaves now and leave just the sugar leaves and buds in darkness or wait the complete 48hrs before triming them up???..or is this just preference?? Thanks for any responses

strictly preference, since they're in the dark they wont be photosynthesizing no need for fan leaves, doesn't matter last two days
