Hi there I'm planning a trip away for 3 days an really am unsure whether to leave my 250 Watt HID lights on but Don't know if this would be safe or not Any other options ?

so I changed from CFL 125w to a HID 250 w and one of my lady's looks like it's suffered heat stress as the leaves which it had shrivelled up I've lowered my lady's down Should I be worried or will they recover from this ????

what's the best way for beginners to sprout my seeds ? I`ve read lots of different ways to do this but want to know what's the easiest way for beginners. I was thinking about soaking them over night then putting them in soil. Any help would be much appreciated .
