LOL you're a bona fide idiot. Any homeowner in Colorado who's been able to hang onto their house for the last 3 years isn't paying PMI anymore because of how much housing prices have risen.

But you live in a trailer and therefore have no clue about that, much like almost everything else you say on financial matters.

I might take your advice on collectible pennies... No I wouldn't.
Resorting to personal attacks because you lost the debate.

Definitely a sign of a weak mind.

keep pissing upwind with that one.

tittystick has to grow indoors and pollute the environment growing an outdoor plant inside because he is obviously so house poor.....i just showed where obviously your greenhouse didn't work out on your little .15 acre Barbie median priced suburbia dream house.....my guess is the neighborhood association shit you down....

do go on though this is quite hilarious.
That shit doesn't make sense. Growing plants doesn't pollute the environment. And he probably grows indoors to keep off the radar.

nice edit.

i built the greenhouse then never used it. might throw some in there this fall but probably not. outdoor weed, even light dep, just sucks.

so you are adding 5 times 225,000,000 (people who work) = 1,125,000,000
but you need 38,731,440,000 . my first draft plan gives us that.
you are still 37,606,440,000 short ,or less if you don't count kids or some groups.
you are twice as short case you want an $2000 per person;; which they will say is too much.
Children don't need the full amount, perhaps 25% until they're 16?

500 bucks per child per month would cover all their routine costs.

i know you consider your greenhouse to be your second home and/or in-law house, but it's just an old shed missing a roof that you covered in 6 mil.
i know you built a greenhouse for nothing and consider indoor as "better than light dep" but I really like the lexan thermoclear softlite 20 sheets.

is this kinda like all those investment homes you claimed to own before we found out that you couldn;t even afford to hold onto your primary residence and then downgraded to a single wide?

if by "flip" you mean "couldn't make the payments walked away and flipped off the bank as they foreclosed on me", then i believe you.
no that is since moved. no deficiency judgement demanded on that one youre referencing either.

your area looks good, a little farther out than you and tty though.....where you all don't know you want to be yet.

Is college boy an insult now? Pretty sure "trailer trash" is worse.
you are actually in college though.....so no straw man erected.

explain to us how burning coal for electricity to power grow lights to grow an outdoor plant indoors effects the environment, thanks collegiate libertarian scholar!

I dunno about you, but our energy is nuclear, and my lights use as much as lighting a room. It probably uses less electricity than you use in a single room in your trailer.
