Yes, it will be okay to transplant now. It's fine to put a seedling straight into a big pot as soon as it has sprouted. The bigger the pot the better, 15 litre pots are probably the best.
Putting the seedling straight into a big pot is the best way to do it as the plant never has to repair itself from the shock of transplanting. Make sure you water quite close to the stem at first, let the leaves direct where you water, just outside the leaves should be fine as the roots will not be able to access enough water to begin with. At least, that's how I'd do it next time. Like yourself, I did transplant (a couple of times) due to space and we kinda rushed into it. Find the biggest pots you can, we used 11 litre buckets (because they were cheaper, and originally we needed to buy 80) and melted holes in the bottom. Then there's the soil. However big the pot is you've got to get the soil to fill it. It nearly killed us doing 40 (the amount we have ended up with). Hopefully we have more than 20 females.
