Assuming that you are in soil, here ya go:

Vegging: Peter's "Jack's Classic" 20-20-20.

Flowering: Peter's "Jack's Classic Blossom Booster" 10-30-20

Here's where to order by mail: http://www.jacksclassic.com/

Use at 1/4 strength only. MJ LOVES this stuff and if used properly, you will grow prized plants.

Heyy, i've heard good things about peter jack's, but personally i use, Plant Prod, and i've had AMAZING result, im a crazy canuck so i buy it from Rona, but ive seen it sold in Wal-Mart too. Heres a lin to the product info from Rona s you can see what im talkin about. Also for flowerin you should try African Violet Bloomer. Ive seen brands with upwards of 50% Phosphorus!!!!

Wavels ...

You remember Uncle Ben, right? He turned me on to Jack's ferts years ago. I couldn't believe the difference from what I was using. Great stuff!

Yes Vi, and especially from a newbie perspective using Jack's Classic can be sooo simple.
I use from 1/8 to 1 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water, depending on lighting and growth rate, indoor or outdoor etc. With indoor lighting I usually use maximum of 3/4 of a teaspoon of fert per gallon. I usually feed with each watering.
I also like Miracle Grow for Tomatoes (for Veg cycle).
Jacks is my preference though (after growing for many moons and trying many types of ferts)
