Thanks, that helps a lot actually. I posted pics on reddit and someone casually mentioned that it looked like I had leaf hoppers. Also have a big japanese beetle problem this year in my area. I think this is the last outdoor grow for me, it's now legal for me to grow so I'm bringing it inside...

Did you ever figure this out? Do you recall if the plant finished properly or did this cause major problems? I have this problem but can't find answers..
