TRUMP CONVICTED

It makes a sort of sense when you consider that ‘that’ class of donors SUPPORTS THE AIM OF THE CRIMINALITY. If the aim is to remake the US into something more like Plato’s Republic, that includes a LOT of crime: gutting the constitution, reverting the franchise to white male property-owners *only*, re-establishing slavery as a “positive good”, remaking the US as a wealth-only aristocratic state, & commoditizing the rest of us, black, brown *and* white into either servitude outright or as wandering homeless tribes.

IMO *THAT* is the ‘prize’ they’re after…and it will ERASE ALL CRIMES COMMITTED IN PURSUIT OF IT.

SO: why would a deep-pockets owner in search of the operator who’ll make it all happen care about petty crimes like national security breaches? Or even about the J6 coup efforts in toto? On the contrary: why wouldn’t the Neon Nightmare be the PERFECT TOOL to finish the job?

And why wouldn’t DeSantis be the *perfect* backup play?

Billionaire ethics amount to “I *might not* screw you while you watch”. Racists imagine that whiteness makes them brothers to the billionaire…but the billionaires imagine getting their way no matter what
Having Trump out loose and desperate will be a pain in the ass for the republicans and particularly for Desantis and all the rest of them running for the nomination. The longer Donald is free, the longer he will fuck them over, if the judge delays the trial, it will happen during election season. There are also MAL documents crimes in DC, he stole them from there and fucked over the archives and DOJ both working out of DC. Cannon had better not fuck around with Jack, Trump already fucked plenty of lawyers, but no judges yet. She goes into this case with two strikes against her already and is being closely watched. Jack has possible charges in NJ, over J6 in DC and wire and mail fraud, then there are state crimes with time in NY and GA.

Jack could demand Trump be held in custody and would have a great case for it too, that he be treated like others who commit similar crimes. That would put Cannon on the spot early and put the heat on her too, a higher court might agree with Jack, and she would have to lock him up, until trial.

dunno if anyone put this up:

Trump Florida Arraignment Transcript Released

this was released yesterday evening i believe

do you really think he gonna do what the court told him.......
They didn't tell him to do much, the DOJ never said a word, in these cases they always object to release pending trial, maybe not in front of this magistrate judge, maybe Jack is saving a hot potato for Cannon?

maybe, what was interesting to me was the no witness list given, and the judge basically told him he couldn't talk to anyone bout it. The other was he couldn't go anywhere without letting the court know where he's going (next you know he's in NJ)....i would think the lawyers told the judge he was going, but it not in there....so it's hard to say....

next one to see is Chief Magistrate Judge Ed Torres and we'll go from there....
